Our sophisticated computer system manages your entire account history with OPGI, including any and all points you have accumulated. Just call an OPGI customer service representative Monday through Sunday and they’ll be happy to answer any questions you have regarding your Frequent Buyer Points and their worth.

Original Parts Group reserves the right to cancel, modify or restrict the Frequent Buyer Program or any aspects of the program at any time with or without notice. The Frequent Buyer Program is available only to our retail mail order and showroom customers.

Points may be revoked at any time: any abuse of the program, failure to follow any terms of the program or any misrepresentation may cause a revocation of Frequent Buyer Points.

Frequent Buyer Points shall be recorded by OPGI and be deemed correct as reflected in OPGI’s computerized records.

Maintaining your points (status) is easy! Simply place at least one purchase annually, and you are assured of current point status.

   

We Appreciate Your Repeat Business

Members will be awarded one point for each dollar spent on the purchase of merchandise, regardless of whether that merchandise is on sale or discounted. The Frequent Buyer Number (customer number) must be provided by the customer at the time of purchase.

How Does It Work?

Purchase values will be rounded to the nearest whole dollar amount for the purpose of calculating points. Calculation will exclude freight/shipping charges, insurance and tax.

How Do I Use My Points?

It’s simple! When you place an order, whether by phone, mail or fax, simply ask or specify that you would like to use your points. Your customer number (account) will be reduced by the amount of points required to obtain the desired discount. Remaining points will still be valid.

When Can I Begin Using My Earned Points?

Points will be added to your account immediately after your merchandise is purchased and accepted. However points are only available for redemption 72 hours after they are invoiced. Simply request their usage upon placement of any new purchase. It couldn’t be easier!

Can I Get Cash Back?

Sorry, Frequent Buyer Points Awards have no cash value and are not redeemable for cash. Frequent Buyer Points are void if sold or exchanged for cash or other consideration.

What About Refunds?

In the event of refunds, checks returned for insufficient funds or disputed credit card charges, any points awarded will be deducted at a rate equal to those awarded in the original transaction. Points will be awarded for all purchases of parts or gift certificates.

*IMPORTANT: The purpose of the Frequent Buyer Program is to reward Original Parts Group’s loyal customers. This program was created as simply another way to show our appreciation for your business. Any Frequent Buyer Account number that has no purchase for a period longer than one year will be considered an inactive customer, and all Frequent Buyer Points accumulated on that Account will be terminated. Accounts cannot be combined.
